Please read and make sure you understand the terms and conditions of using Bobs Airport Shuttle and Minibus Service.

Airport Shuttle

  1. The agreed fare must be paid in full upon booking either via Credit Card or EFT. Cash payments will NOT be accepted. Neither the booking nor payment would be accepted in advance if there are there are reasonable grounds for believing that the service could not be supplied within the period specified by the passenger or within a reasonable time.
  2. We accept any c/card payments and EFT only. Surcharges of 1.5% applies when paid with credit card.
  3. The surcharges may be applicable to your journey if:
    • A pick up is required between 4:30am – 5:30am. This will be $10.00 aud on top of your fare
    • A pick up is required between 3:30am – 4:30am. This will be $20.00 aud on top of your fare
    • A pick up is required between 2:30am – 3:30am. This will be $30.00 aud on top of your fare
    • A pick up is required between 1:30am – 2:30am. This will be $40.00 aud on top of your fare
    • Your scheduled flight arrival is between 6:30pm – 7:30pm. This will be $10.00 aud on top of your fare
    • Your scheduled flight arrival is between 7:30pm – 8:30pm. This will be $20.00 aud on top of your fare
    • Your scheduled flight arrival is between 8:30pm – 11:00pm. This will be $30.00 aud on top of your fare
    • Your scheduled flight arrival is later than 11:00pm. This will be $40.00 aud on top of your fare
    • Your scheduled flight arrival is on a public holiday. This will be $30.00 aud on top of your fare
  4. There is to be no smoking or eating on-board on any of the buses. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
  5. Any offensive behaviour or language such as damage/vandalism of our property or vehicles, abusive or offensive behaviour towards driver or a third party, throwing any thing or object from the bus, interference with the comfort or safety of other persons, putting feet on a seat or spitting will result with immediate removal of the offending passenger(s) at the nearest safe location. . It will be the passengers responsibility to make it to their flight OR destination. In more serious incidents, if the driver believes on reasonable grounds that the conduct of a passenger is endangering the safety of any person, the matter will be reported to police. If the passenger is in violation of safety rules or interferes with the comfort of driver or other passengers which result in the passenger being removed from the vehicle, the fare will not be refundable. The passengers is liable for the cost of any damage, spillage, cleaning or any other losses caused to the business.
  6. Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire will not be held responsible for any act or omission of another person or organisation, or some other cause beyond its control including but not limited to: no show on pickup, missing connecting flight, road closures, traffic accidents, road restrictions, traffic jams, inclement weather, civil unrest, act of terror, incorrect, incomplete or misleading directions, incorrect choice or selection of a service (for instance booking a shuttle shared service instead of a direct service etc) .
  7. It is the Passenger’s responsibility to supply full and accurate flight/cruise/train number, check-in time, departure time, arrival time, and any other relevant information which relate to their arrival and/or departure.
  8. Any incorrectly supplied information may result in cancellation of reservation and incur a cancellation fee. In such an event, the Passenger will be refunded the balance of the already paid booking fee after deducting the cancellation fee. Please refer to the schedule of fees for detailed pricing information.
  9. In a case of late changes (ie changes in return flight arrival/departure date and/or time), it would be the passenger’s responsibility to inform Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire of the change at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival to Sydney or departure from Sydney (phone call, texts or email during business hours or text to Bob’s operational mobile +6412 781559 after hours). Any request for late changes made in a shorter period than 48 hours, will be processed on the best-effort basis only and there is no guarantee that such a late request could always be accommodated. If the passenger refuse reasonable alternate arrangements (subject to shuttle availability) a late change fee will be incurred. Please refer to the schedule of fees for detailed pricing information.
  10. If the passenger does not show at a designated time and place, the booking will be cancelled and cancellation fee would apply. The allocated driver will attempt to contact the passenger to reschedule the booking subject to availability. Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire do not guarantee accepting a rescheduled booking. When a rescheduled booking has been accepted by the passenger and Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire then a reschedule fee would apply. In such an event, the Passenger will be refunded the balance of the already paid booking fee after deducting the reschedule fee. Please refer to the schedule of fees for detailed pricing information.
  11. The passengers must follow the pick-up procedures provided upon the confirmation of the booking (SMS or email).
  12. INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: Upon arrival to Sydney, the passengers are to enter parking area bus meeting point / Arrival Court North adjacent to Mc Donald’s entry/exit doors. In alternative, the passenger could call the driver directly. In alternative, the passenger should check for any SMS on their phone.
  13. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Upon arrival to Sydney, the passengers are to the gather at the shuttle-bus parking area (follow signs ‘Up-to 13 seats’. For passenger’s group larger than 16 people, the pick-up point is at Bus meeting point – T2 arrivals (adjacent to Coach Bay 1). In alternative, the passenger could call the driver directly. In alternative, the passenger should check for any SMS on their phone.
  14. If the passenger arrives (and optionally clears the customs) early ie less than 60 mins for international and less than 30mins for domestic arrivals, the passenger is to contact either office number 1300 668 582 or +61 412 781 559 to enable our expedited and fast-tracked service. This service is free of charge and is subject to availability and road conditions.
  15. All drivers on duty have been instructed to call or text customers and they must strictly follow pick up or call procedures. Any passenger’s complaints should be referred to Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire for internal investigation and resolution. The passenger will be contacted upon the closure of investigation and informed of the findings. If a complaint was substantiated, a full refund of the received fees will be offered to the passenger.
  16. If the Passenger is uncontactable and fails to show within the waiting time at the designated pick-up area, there will be no guarantee that the designated bus would await for the late passenger. The waiting fee of $55.00 per hour or part thereof apply. If the passenger misses the designated bus as per the schedule and fails to contact either office number 1300 668 582 or +61 412 781 559, the fare will be forfeited.
  17. The Passengers are to follow instructions and procedures provided at the time of booking. In case of an emergency, the Passengers may leave a voice message on our office number 1300 668 582 or +61 412 781 559. No calls will be returned to customers after business hours. Irrespectively, Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire will aim to reply by SMS via operational mobile +6412781559 on a best-effort basis.
  18. No bookings will be accepted within 30 minutes of the pickup.
  19. Any booking cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the booking (during business hours only) will attract a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the full fare.
  20. Any booking cancellation requested between 5 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking will attract a cancellation fee on a sliding scale reducible by 25% of the full fare for each working day. (ie cancellation requested 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract cancellation fee of 25%, cancellation requested 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract cancellation fee of 50%, cancellation requested 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract 75% etc).
  21. Any request for a duplicate tax invoice will occur administrative charge of $5.50.

  23. In the Event of a Bus breaking down, Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire will arrange alternative transport such as a Taxi / other bus company shuttle and Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire will reimburse the passenger(s) the difference between our quoted fare and the cost of the Taxi. In the event a Taxi not turning up and a passenger miss a flight Bobs Airport Shuttle & Mini Bus Hire will not be liable for the passenger missing the flight.
  24. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure that all booking detail are correct:
    • Check in time (please confirm with your airline)
    • Departure Time (please confirm this with your airline)
    • Arrival Time (please confirm this with your airline using Sydney local time)
    • Flight Number

No responsibility will be taken by Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire for a passenger not showing up at the correct time or missing a flight / cruise due to incorrectly supplied information.


Charter Bus

  1. The agreed fare must be paid in full before the Charter either via Credit Card over the phone or by EFT. Cash payments could be made to the driver at the beginning of the Charter. Neither the booking nor payment would be accepted in advance if there are there are reasonable grounds for believing that the service could not be supplied within the period specified by the passenger or within a reasonable time.
  2. Any booking cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the booking (during business hours only) will attract a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the full fare.
  3. Any booking cancellation requested between 5 working days and 48 hours prior to the booking will attract a cancellation fee on a sliding scale reducible by 25% of the full fare for each working day. (ie cancellation requested 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract cancellation fee of 25%, cancellation requested 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract cancellation fee of 50%, cancellation requested 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup will attract 75% etc).
  4. We accept any c/card payments, union pay and cheques. We do not include any surcharges for paying with a Credit Card.
  5. C/card bond is compulsory before any charter work can be completed. Upon completion of the charter, the bus will be inspected and if no damages have been found as a result your journey, the bond will be refunded within 1 week.

In more serious incidents, if the driver believes on reasonable grounds that the conduct of a passenger is endangering the safety of any person, the matter will be reported to police. If the passenger is in violation of safety rules or interferes with the comfort of driver or other passengers which result in cancellation of the charter, the fare will not be refundable. The passengers is liable for the cost of any damage, spillage, cleaning or any other losses caused to the business.
  8. The bond will be used to cover any repair OR clean up costs incurred during the Charter. Should the repair/cleaning costs exceeds the bond amount, the Charter party(s) will be liable to reimburse the full costs within 48 hours.
  9. Consuming alcohol on the bus would be allowed at a discretion of the driver and/or Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire representative. Bobs Airport Shuttle and Mini Bus Hire reserve the right to revoke such a permission without notice.
